Ingredients:
- 500 grams small shrimps (heads out)
- 250 grams bean sprout
- 2 pcs. spring onion finely chop
- 1 med. carrot shredded
- 1 med. sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
for liquid ..
100 ml. Water
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup self raising flour
1/4 potato starch mix well
Cooking Direction:
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry both side till golden brown.
- Pat dry using a paper towel to remove excess oil.
For dipping sauce:
- 2 table spoon white vinegar (datu puti)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- finely chop spring onion and pepper
- chopped chili finely (optional)
