Pork Estofado Recipe
Pork Estufado is one of my favorite Filipino Pork recipe. I love the tangy combination flavor of pork simmered in pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, sugar and more. This is a must try recipe for everyone to enjoy and great for special occasion.
This recipe also reminds me of Iloilo City, my home town and my Papa cooking this all the time and also his dinuguan nom nom nom.
