Guisadong Upo

Here is how to cook Guisadong Upo also known as sauteed bottle gourd with shrimp or ginisang upo. Guisadong Upo is a simple Filipino dish that everyone can make. A very simple dish and can be done in less than 30 minutes.

What I like about this Guisadong Upo or Ginisang Upo aside from easy to make is you can use chicken, pork meat or even sardines. Ginisang Upo is another simple and healthy Filipino dish. Feel free to add bean sprouts or togue.
